Patch tests are mandatory before your first appointment.
Arrive on time - anything over 15 minutes will mean your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged.
Cancellation/Rescheduling 24 hours before your appointment will result in a fee of 50% of your treatment price.
Cancellation/Rescheduling on the day of your appointment will result in a fee of 100% of your treatment price.
Not showing up to your appointment will result in a fee of 100% of your treatment price. Failure to pay the fee will result in no longer being able to book any future appointments at Studio Twelve.
Deposits are non-refunadable
Please book in advance to avoid any disappointment.
